The MAC Spectrometer

Specifications
MAC is an XF-type digital spectro-correlator, is identical to the spectrometer for multi-beam receiver BEARS of NRO 45m, AC45. Two observing modes, i.e., 512 MHz width mode and 128 MHz width mode, are available. See Table 1 for a summary of the correlator specification. We have four units in total although their availability depends on the status of the system. We will not recommend observing a broad line wider than ~350 km/s (FWZI) due to the limited bandwidth of the MAC.
